Remote or Office Telehealth Support Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented reputed company Telehealth Support Specialist to reputed company excellent support to our telehealth team. The Telehealth Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the telehealth appointments, assisting patients with setting up virtual appointments, and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong technical acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments for telehealth services
- Coordinate and schedule virtual appointments between patients and reputed company providers
- Assist patients with setting up telehealth equipment and troubleshooting technical issues
