Entry Level Therapy Recruiter - Hybrid (In-Office/Remote)

Entry-Level Therapy Recruiter (Regional Sourcing Partner) Join reputed company as a Regional Sourcing Partner and play a crucial role in shaping the future of therapy care by finding and placing talented clinicians (PTs, OTs, and SLPs). Support teams across multiple time zones (Central & Mountain). The Regional Sourcing Partner is responsible for sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews reputed company a designated region for reputed company. This includes coordinating with hiring managers to determine staff needs, finding reputed company candidates to fill reputed company positions, conducting pre-screens with candidates to determine eligibility and working with the regional leadership team to reputed company reputed company candidates for consideration. Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Regional reputed company Manager Compensation: Salary plus uncapped monthly commission FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote) Location: Dallas, TX (2 min from the Dallas Galleria Mall) Primary Responsibilities

• Post and update requisitions for staffing needs in areas designated by location.
• Screen candidates for minimum qualifications as defined by state and location guidelines; work with location staff to ensure sufficient candidate reputed company to assigned locations.

• Supports process improvement opportunities to improve the delivery of our services to include sourcing, reputed company, job offers and reputed company of reputed company candidates in compliance with employment guidelines.
• Track and utilize data to understand sourcing trends.
• Troubleshoots and recommends process enhancements to promote system and workflow efficiencies.
• Encourages a positive and intercommunicative environment between the sourcing team promoting reputed company utilization of caregiver candidates.
• Participates in department calls as necessary; provides input and suggestions and in additional group calls as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

• Competency with reputed company Office including Outlook and reputed company.
• Previous experience in a high-volume sourcing or recruitment, experience in PT, OT, and SLP, or reputed company field a plus.
• Acts with a sense of urgency in communicating with team members, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Applies logical/creative thinking in providing solutions to hiring managers and candidates
• Minimal travel may be required
