Position: reputed company Call Center Representative Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: reputed company-10pm EST. M-Fri. (Must be reputed company to work any 8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided. Start Date: Mid-June 2025 Responsibilities include but not limited:
- Answer inbound calls and making outbound calls assisting patients with medically reputed company inquires.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
- reputed company good customer service and reputed company.
- Using computer skills for data entry.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- reputed company accurate information about the prescription benefits.
- Document patient interactions and update records promptly and accurately
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
Job Requirements Qualifications: Must have 1 or more years of recent call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
- Adhere to reputed company company required KPI'S
- Quiet workstation with High Speed Internet and Modem reputed company REQUIRED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- Must live in the state of Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered
