• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company field
• 2-10 years of experience in full-desk reputed company (MUST HAVE business development experience)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
