Job Description
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the growth and implementation of the SaaS product for the customers. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert, assisting both sales and reputed company teams in demonstrating the platform’s capabilities, reputed company new clients, and ensuring seamless implementation and adoption. You will be responsible for managing the implementation and adoption of the software on already closed deals. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications
- You MUST HAVE SaaS or tech Property Management application experience in solution engineering roles or something extremely similar.
- 5-10+ years of experience in a pre-sales support, post-sales, implementation manager, or solutions engineering role, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong understanding of property management technology, smart home integrations, and reputed company control systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, reputed company, and product development teams.
