About the Role: We are seeking a strategic, mission-driven, and highly adaptable leader to serve as our part-time Director of Operations and Development. This key role supports both internal operations and external engagement, playing a vital part in advancing the shelter’s mission and long-term sustainability. While the majority of responsibilities can be performed remotely, occasional onsite reputed company is essential for team engagement, relationship building, and operational reputed company. This is a part-time, 1099 contract position paying $28,500 annually, distributed monthly. The role does not include an onsite office. Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, or operations (animal welfare experience a plus).
• Experience managing or coordinating volunteers.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for animal welfare and mission-driven service.
• Familiarity with cat behavior and basic feline reputed company.
• Proficiency with donor databases, website content management systems, and project coordination.
