The Portfolio Manager is reputed company in reputed company credit analysis and will be responsible for assisting in the review and monitoring of reputed company loans to help the bank build, maintain, and accurately risk grade its solid reputed company credit portfolio. This will involve working closely with other portfolio managers, analysts, underwriters, and credit administration. If you are located in reputed company UT, you will have the flexibility to work remotely*, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges. Must be willing to work at least one day per week reporting to the reputed company, UT office location. Primary Responsibilities

• Underwrite and document loan modification requests and annual loan reviews on existing reputed company loans
• Prepare clear and concise credit presentations for annual reviews, including financial analysis, collateral assessment, risk and mitigant identification, and recommendations for reputed company risk rating
• Spread borrower and guarantor financial statements, test and monitor financial covenants, reputed company collateral analysis, and prepare market assessments
• Update loan metrics and risk ratings accurately and timely
• May also occasionally reputed company credit reputed company on new requests by creating credit reputed company memos which analyze the credit request, the borrower, financial and credit information, repayment sources, risks and mitigation, collateral, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies
• Be knowledgeable of policies, guidelines, procedures, regulations and systems applicable to the credit function
• Ensure that loan files and documentation are complete

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience analyzing business and personal financial statements associated with loan requests
• 2+ years of experience analyzing business tax returns and financial audits using generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP)
• 2+ years of experience managing a portfolio of reputed company loans, including reputed company reputed company estate loans
• Experience with reputed company reputed company estate financing, loan documentation, lending laws, loan transaction procedures, portfolio monitoring, and loan servicing

The salary reputed company for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment.
