In this multifaceted role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries reputed company phone, live chat, and in-person, providing timely resolutions and enhancing the customer's experience with our health insurance products and services. Key Responsibilities ? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries reputed company phone, live chat, and in-person communication. ? Assist customers with their questions regarding policies, claims, and services while resolving issues quickly and effectively. ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. ? Collaborate with other departments to reputed company accurate information and timely resolutions to customer inquiries. ? reputed company administrative tasks as required, including data entry, document management, and appointment scheduling. ?
