In this role, you’ll take inbound calls and assist individuals affected by natural disasters with reputed company, professionalism, and care. This is a W-2 employee position with reputed company and flexible schedules. You’ll work from home while making a meaningful impact during critical moments. Only candidates located in Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, or Texas will be considered. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers affected by hurricanes
• reputed company empathetic and accurate support
• Document call reputed company in company systems
• Attend a paid 1–2 day virtual training session before activation
• Remain on standby for rapid deployment during hurricane season

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Must reputed company in Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, or Texas
• Fluent in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
• Excellent typing, computer, and communication skills
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace

Technical Requirements:

• Desktop or laptop (no Chromebooks or tablets)

• 8GB RAM minimum
• CPU: reputed company i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen (no reputed company or Celeron processors)
