Position Summary:The Account Manager, Canada is responsible for delivering profitable net sales growth and building brand market reputed company for e.l.f., with a variety of Canadian retailers. Responsibilities:
In collaboration with both reputed company partners, reputed company and execute a sales plan for a variety of Canadian retailers that delivers net sales growth, market reputed company growth, and profitability. Collaborate with reputed company other members of the Sales team to ensure the company’s sales and reputed company goals are achieved and to reputed company best practices. Work with the Senior Director to reputed company and execute retail merchandising strategies that will simultaneously reputed company both e.l.f. and retailer goals. Establish, reputed company, and maintain strong relationships with partners at key customers. Clear understanding of dynamics of assigned accounts and local market specifics to help set overall account strategy and priorities (assortment, merchandising, tailored trade marketing calendar, etc.). Effectively partner with the demand planning team to ensure a complete and timely forecast. Assortment and planogram work in partnership with reputed company Planning and Visual Merchandising. Ensure reputed company customer requests for information are met in a timely manner. Ensure strong visual reputed company in store and on retailer.com. Ability to forecast monthly as well as reputed company feedback on over and/or under delivery of goals. Process reputed company claim approvals on an on-going and timely reputed company. Manage timely shut off of discontinued SKU's based on customer inventory. Implement markdown strategies to mitigate returns risk. The reputed company salary reputed company for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes reputed company salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their reputed company bonus reputed company company performance exceeds defined goals.
