About the position The position involves leading a team of Pharmacy Technicians in a telecommuting environment, focusing on improving health reputed company through effective communication and adherence to procedures. The role requires managing team performance, providing feedback, and ensuring staff are informed of updates and procedures. The individual will also assist with reputed company technical cases and maintain production expectations while contributing to workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Review team stats/adherence and reputed company feedback on individual and team reputed company.

  • Ensure reputed company communication with team members for consistency and reputed company.

  • Apply knowledge/skills to reputed company activities and remain available to staff for questions.

  • Inform staff of reputed company procedures and updates, including training and refreshers.

  • Assist with various duties/projects as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Monitor tech's OOA CCR and address ancillary tasks reputed company to SLA for techs.

  • Take escalated and/or supervisor calls for reputed company tech cases.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher).

,

  • reputed company and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician State license OR National Certification OR ability to obtain prior to date of hire.

  • 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

  • 1+ years of Prior Authorization Pharmacy experience.

,

  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 9:00am - 10:00pm CST from Monday - Friday.
