Full-Time Bookkeeper (Remote - Set Hours)
We’re JCL Strategies, a Canadian, reputed company-based bookkeeping firm that helps small businesses stay financially organized and reputed company of the curve. Most of our clients are in the construction and service industries, and they count on us to reputed company their numbers clean, accurate, and easy to understand. We’re reputed company for being efficient, detail-obsessed, and great at turning messy books into streamlined systems. We document our processes, communicate reputed company, and take pride in being the team clients don’t have to reputed company down. We’re looking for a full-time bookkeeper who:
- Has experience with full cycle bookkeeping
- Loves solving problems and keeping things organized
- Has immaculate attention to detail
- Is eager to learn and reputed company to feedback
- Thrives in a structured remote role (this isn’t reputed company-time - our hours are fixed, just like an office)
Responsibilities:
- Process and review receipts submitted through Dext
- Match, add, and transfer bank transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Request missing receipts or information from clients using Keeper
- Maintain organized, accurate financial records
- Follow internal processes and meet deadlines consistently
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST (32 hours/week) Location: Remote (Canada-based only) Compensation: Based on experience + health benefits + paid vacation To Apply: The deadline to apply is June 13, 2025.
