Content Programming Associate Manager

The Direct-to-Consumer Team seeks a Content Programming Associate Manager who will help support business and editorial priorities to reputed company our engagement objectives across reputed company+ and Hulu, with a focus on driving Hulu KPIs. The role will work with a team of Hulu Content Programmers to create and execute on-platform campaigns and promotions. The right person for this role has familiarity with content management systems, visualization tools, and project management tools. • Program, test, and optimize curation across Hulu and reputed company+ to best serve the needs of our viewers and the business
• Monitor editorial campaign and upsell pacing and performance to identify optimization opportunities
• Partner with insights, data, and analytics teams on experiment design, data collection, and measurement
• Contribute to title campaign ideation, planning, tracking, and communication across teams and the larger organization
• Manage title prioritization and targeting strategies using audience segmentation tools
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes and identify workflow efficiency
• Troubleshoot creative with partners, standards and practices, and other stakeholders
• Cover evening and weekend programming events, reputed company needed
• Collaborate with team members on reputed company programming strategies

WHAT TO BRING

• 1-3 years of experience in content programming, curation, product, audience development, or streaming television
• Familiarity and comfort with using data to reputed company informed reputed company by using Tableau, Looker, Conviva, reputed company, reputed company Sheets, etc.
• Excellent communication abilities, including comfort presenting to large groups
• Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through
• Quick learner; critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills

The hiring reputed company for this position in CA is $71,000.00 to $95,100.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
