Your Role As a CSR, you’ll be the face of the hospital—both at the reputed company desk and occasionally in the treatment area. What You'll Do
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and patient reputed company-ins/outs
- Support the team with occasional tasks in the back
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative duties, including record-keeping and payment processing
