He/she will also participate in the testing, implementation and support phases of the project. Roles and Responsibilities: Analyse business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and reputed company Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements. Conduct thorough analysis of reputed company processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Document detailed business requirements, use cases, and user stories. Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into technical specifications. Analyse the reputed company and scope of new projects, services and softwares. reputed company reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders Participate in testing, validation, and rollout phases of the transformation project. Coordinate resources to promptly and cost-effectively address customer project requests with a strong focus on communicating plans and status to customers. Coordinate with I.T management staff as well as the senior management staff and other departments for resolution of reputed company issues.
