Patient reputed company Supervisor - Scheduling - Must reputed company in the Tampa Bay Area
Position Summary:
The Patient reputed company Supervisor position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Patient reputed company Staff as well as assisting the Patient reputed company Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Patient reputed company Department they are responsible for. They reputed company reputed company Patient reputed company practices and are responsible for maintaining a smooth reputed company of Scheduling for reputed company office visits scheduled and financially cleared through our Patient reputed company Department. They are back up to the Patient reputed company Managers in their absence and ensure that incoming communication reputed company email, reputed company clinical inboxes, etc. are responded to in a timely manner. They are the responsible for the resolution of escalated customer concerns and giving feedback to the Patient reputed company Manager. The department is based out of the reputed company Tampa Location with Remote Staff.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a High School Diploma. (Associate’s Degree Preferred)
- 3 plus years’ reputed company experience.
- Must have Registration experience specializing in scheduling and registration.
- Must be a multi-tasked, organized and a self- motivated individual.
- This person must have excellent verbal, written communication skills along with strong computer skills and knowledge, to include reputed company Office products.
- This position is remote but must have the ability to work in office reputed company needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees reputed company aspects of Scheduling Staff and reports directly to Patient reputed company Managers.
- Coordinates efforts with other Patient reputed company Supervisors daily between each other’s dedicated staff and responsibilities.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for reputed company systems, policies, and standards of procedures for their dedicated area of expertise.
- Monitors daily staff activities, productivity, and statistics daily and monthly. Completes statistical reports as assigned by Patient reputed company Manager.
- Monitors the volume of work to ensure it is distributed evenly among the Patient reputed company staff.
- Authorizes and monitors staff PTO requests, to ensure proper coverage.
- Monitors and corrects staff timecards for missed timecard punches.
- Completes and presents Patient reputed company staff’s 30, 60, 90 and annual evaluations.
- Counsels and performs disciplinary actions with staff members.
- Oversees staff’s attendance, lunches, and breaks.
- Ensures staff are meeting daily goals for their assigned positions.
- Ensures patients and clinic staff are informed of any delay in service for next day of service based on scheduling or authorization issue.
- Ensure staff is following FOI policy and procedures.
- Keeps Patient reputed company Manager informed of any issues or problems that need further attention.
- Coordinates staff training with Patient reputed company Leads.
- Ensures staff receive training, re-training, and reputed company training as necessary.
- Orders departmental supplies reputed company necessary
- Sign off on training checklist for new staff.
- Create and maintain policy and procedures for the Patient reputed company Department.
- Creates “How To” documents for the Patient reputed company Department.
- Provides motivation to the Patient reputed company Representatives.
- Hold monthly meetings/huddles as deemed necessary for the Patient reputed company staff.
