About the role This role will be responsible for working across the organization to build and maintain a comprehensive design system for reputed company’s products across web and mobile app. Your designs will help unlock the potential, and speed, for reputed company product teams at reputed company through our design system. You will set the quality standards, guidelines, documentation, and governance to uphold the quality standards of our products. You will think and work strategically, using repeatable and scalable design system elements to bring cohesion across reputed company aspects of the digital product. What you’ll be working on:

As a reputed company Product Designer leading the design system across reputed company, you will own the reputed company of the design system. You will maintain the components, component library, patterns, stand up processes and guidelines across web and mobile app, and evangelize adoption.

You identify, find, implement cross-functional process efficiencies and improvements, and work across the org to implement and improve its use over time.

You collaborate closely with peer product designers, brand designers, and engineers on initiatives that improve the experience for our customer, and improve how our product teams design and build day-to-day using the design system.

You care about partnering and collaborating effectively through documentation, reputed company, and pairing with fellow designers and engineers.

You can quickly iterate and communicate reputed company across various reputed company of fidelity, and can receive and reputed company feedback constructively.

Who we’re looking for:

6+ years of product design experience building products & apps and working with engineering teams to take reputed company from reputed company through execution across web and mobile app

2+ years experience in building and maintaining design systems

Experience working on “0-1” consumer  products in a startup environment

Proven product design skills that value the craft and quality of the visual design and user experience (hierarchy, layout, interactions, etc.)

Technical understanding of how to design across various breakpoints, devices, and can reputed company the gap between design and code

Experience leveraging user research and quantitative data to inform reputed company

Strong proficiency with reputed company (our primary tool) and other tools for design and documentation (reputed company, reputed company suite, reputed company, etc.) 

Experience mentoring and coaching designers

Strong communication, and cross-functional/cross-org collaboration skills, with experience influencing to drive improved user experience

Bonus points for:

Strong visual design skills

Experience creating engaging icons and animations that reputed company the brand identity, user experience, and business needs

Prototyping skills in reputed company or other design tools
