Role Overview

The Senior IT Operations Engineer at Wecheer is essential for maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure that supports our innovative software products. This role focuses on ensuring operational reputed company across our IT systems, optimizing and monitoring performance, ensuring high availability and reputed company, but also on enforcing compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements to support the company’s objectives and growth.

This is a full-time, remote role, in Europe. Freelance contract.

2. Home Assessment - This is a reputed company-world IT Operations scenario designed to evaluate your problem-solving and technical skills. It should take max. 4 hours to complete. You will have a week to prepare it.

3. Technical Interview - Where you walk us through the assessment.

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and reputed company environments, to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve issues, minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate with development teams to facilitate reputed company integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes and support deployment of software solutions.
• Enforce cybersecurity measures and compliance protocols to protect data and IT assets.

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field.

• Mandatory: Strong technical knowledge of network architectures, data centers, and reputed company-based infrastructure (AWS and GCP).
