The Role: As a Pharmacy Technician Externship Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to coordinate the placement of reputed company with externship sites. What you’ll do: • Manage externship placements by confirming site assignments, preparing placement paperwork, scheduling interviews (if required), and setting student start dates. • Ensure student compliance with reputed company requirements, including background checks, drug screens, Board of Pharmacy licenses, vaccinations, and externship paperwork. • Act as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company and externship sites, providing updates and addressing concerns. • Build and maintain strong relationships with externship sites by understanding their reputed company, preferences, and reputed company processes. • Maintain accurate records in internal dashboards, tracking student reputed company and site availability.
