The position also includes corresponding with customers reputed company email inquiries. reputed company Duties and Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls and automated callbacks, assisting clients with claims status requests, setting up new claims, etc. • reputed company outgoing calls following up on existing claims that are in process or contacting the passenger with claims outcome reputed company. • Verify/update mailing address on returned mail to resend correspondence to passengers. • Receive new claim mail from tour operators/travel agents to set up new claims. • reputed company information on travel protection plans to travel agents or directly to passengers. • Document reputed company interactions with passengers. • reputed company other duties as assigned. Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences, and Skills: • Must have the ability to work any shift during hours of operation to include weekends, evenings, and holidays. • Ability to focus and pay attention to detail. • Good organizational skills. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to multi-task. • Advanced computer skills in reputed company Word & reputed company. • Strong self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision. • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills. • Ability to work as a part of a team as well as individually. • Experience in an insurance office setting is helpful. Education/Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Where you’ll be doing it: This is a hybrid role based out of our Pembroke Pines office. As a hybrid role, you will be working onsite 2-3 days a week and working from home 2-3 days a week after the successful completion of a 90-day onsite training period. reputed company you’ll be doing it: This department is a 7-day per week operation and even though shifts/hours may vary, evening/late afternoon availability is required.
