A Senior Groups Meetings and Events Manager manages the Groups, Meetings and Events office and the on-property Reservations Team to actively convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales. What will I be doing? As Senior Groups Meetings and Events Manager, you will manage the Groups, Meetings and Events office and the on-property Reservations Team to actively convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales. The Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Manager will interact frequently with customers and Guests to learn about their needs and reputed company relationships from which to earn repeat and expanded business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: ? Maximise reputed company Group, Conference, and Event reputed company opportunities ?
