Typical duties may include but are not limited to: ? Answers telephone, greets visitors. ? Responds to complaints or requests for information. ? Research/processes information, enters data and maintains files. ? Prepares and types written correspondence/reports. ? Handles cash and other forms of payment. ? Performs other duties as requested. ? May be assigned to other departments/divisions as required. ? Subject to flexible/non-traditional work schedule. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Educational Requirements ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? Three (3) to five (5) years increasingly responsible clerical and customer service experience. ?
