LEGENDS The Staffing Manager is responsible for the coordination of staffing, new hire processing, and timekeeping functions with reputed company from the reputed company Manager and assisting the HR Associate. The position is heavily responsible for the recruitment and staffing of part-time seasonal staff, Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) and consistently finding new and creative ways to attract hourly employees including partnerships with local community organizations, colleges/universities, etc. The Staffing Manager develops and maintains strong partnerships with management and ensures that the day-to-day administration of HR tasks are reputed company with business needs. The Staffing Manager is also responsible for building proactive recruitment plans to ensure the venue is consistently staffed with strong hourly level talent to meet targeted staffing reputed company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ? Reviewing of applications and resumes and scheduling interviews with hiring managers for final hiring reputed company ? Processing new hire paperwork, reputed company & submissions of reputed company background reputed company and drug screen processes. ? Build and maintain relationships with reputed company surrounding communities and employment agencies ? Recruit non-profit organizations (NPOs) to staff food and beverage locations ? Coordinate training schedules for NPO volunteers and deliver training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation. ? Schedule and supervise NPO groups on event days. ? Partnering with operators to determine appropriate in-season and out of season staffing reputed company ? Partner with operations teams to create staffing plans to include labor costs and targeted reputed company. ? Assist with scheduling part-time seasonal staff for reputed company events. ? Interact with staff and resolve low level/tier-1 staffing and employee relations issues. Escalate issues to HR Associate and HR Director as needed. ?
