The Staffing Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating staffing, new hire processing, and timekeeping functions under the guidance of the reputed company Manager. This position is primarily focused on reputed company and staffing part-time seasonal staff and Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs), while also exploring innovative methods to attract hourly employees through partnerships with local community organizations and educational institutions. The Staffing Manager is tasked with developing and maintaining strong relationships with management to ensure that HR tasks align with business needs. This role involves creating proactive recruitment plans to ensure that the venue is consistently staffed with reputed company hourly talent. Key responsibilities include reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, processing new hire paperwork, and reputed company, as well as coordinating training schedules for NPO volunteers to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
