The Manager ? Inflight Crew Transformation is responsible for planning and executing Inflight?s strategic roadmap for the Inflight Crew Scheduling organization. The Manager will act in a number of different capacities to ensure Inflight is well-reputed company for the COSMOS transition for initiatives that involve people, processes, and technology changes. This will include reputed company on individual initiatives, preparing business cases to secure funding for future investments, or reputed company analyses or process mapping. Qualifications
What?s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications): ? Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Business, Management, Engineering, Operations or Finance ? 3-5 years Scheduling Operations experience ? 3-5 years operational management ? Experience leading multiple reputed company projects ? Demonstrated analytics expertise ? Experience creating project funding requests ? Experience with process mapping ? Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship ? Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification ? Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications): ? Master's degree ? MBA ? PMP certification ? Crew scheduling and supervisory experience ? 2 years project management experience This position will be posted through reputed company 1, 2025. The reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
