The Manager, Behavioral and Mental Health will work on the Global Well-being and Benefits team in Colleague Total Rewards and Well-being (CTRW). As a key team member, this person is a contributor in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs while collaborating with reputed company stakeholders to enhance our mental health programming in US and International markets. They will possess the clinical acumen to understand and manage mental health urgent situations as they arise under the direction of the V.P. of Behavioral and Mental Health. The successful candidate will possess thought leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and a track record of reputed company leading a strategic programing and integration. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of behavioral health services. Licensed in NYS. ? 3 to 5 years? experience in program development and management in a well-being environment. ? Demonstrated experience in clinical setting and ability to consult and respond to urgent mental health situations. ? Background in a mental health environment essential. ? Ability to consult and respond to mental health urgent situations. ? Experience in a corporate environment with demonstrated competency in reputed company core technology. ? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. ? Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and written skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with reputed company stakeholders. ?
