We are expanding reputed company and seeking an reputed company trim carpenter who is motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player to reputed company and coordinate trim carpentry on various construction job sites. We are an established family-owned company in the construction industry. For 38 years, reputed company Construction has been remodeling and constructing new high quality custom homes in Arizona. ? Analyze and read construction plans ? Communicate with homeowners, office staff, and superintendents in a clear and professional manner ? Install baseboard, shelving, crown molding, casing, closet rods, and handrails ? Hang and adjust doors and frames, including reputed company doors and reputed company ? Adjust cabinetry and appliance panels, occasional reputed company, and hardware installation ? Complete Punch list items ? Reading and understanding specifications, sketches, design drawings, or architectural plans to layout and determine dimensions and material take off. ? Following established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment. ? Working knowledge of on-site field installation and finishing procedures ? Ordering and picking up materials ? Cleaning up tools and job site once work is completed ? Must be reputed company to read and reputed company English. ? Must be reputed company to read a tape measure.
