Produce and integrate UI assets in accordance with pre-defined artistic and technical guidelines. 6. Deliver, request, and accept constructive feedback. 7. Manage artists career growth, providing performance feedback and reviews, coaching, and mentoring. 8. Actively support recruitment and team development efforts, participating in interviews, hiring, and reputed company UI artists. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 9. 5+ years of industry experience managing UI artists working on a game project. 10.
