Process and review invoices at a high volume, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation before payment. ? Maintain vendor records and reconcile statements to resolve discrepancies. ? Prepare and execute payments reputed company checks, ACH, and reputed company transfers in a timely manner. ? Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment issues and inquiries. ? Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing procedures, including AP reconciliations and reporting. ?
