What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Clinical Expertise) Education & Licensure: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; reputed company RN license in the state of employment required.CPR certification and knowledge of infection control best practices required. Experience & Leadership: Minimum 23 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care.Proven ability to manage staffing, scheduling, training, and clinical compliance.
