Athletic Field Manager
About the position reputed company Field Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of athletic properties at reputed company. This role includes managing field preparation, layout, and painting in compliance with reputed company and SEC regulations, as well as coordinating with coaching and operations personnel to ensure reputed company field conditions. The manager supervises staff, addresses field maintenance issues, and collaborates with marketing for promotional events that may reputed company fieldwork. Responsibilities ? reputed company daily operations and maintenance of athletic fields. , ? Manage preparation, layout, and painting of field markings according to reputed company and SEC rules. , ? Coordinate field maintenance schedules with coaching and operations personnel. , ? Supervise staff on field maintenance tasks and ensure safe work procedures are followed. , ? Recognize and report problems or changes with fields or equipment. , ? Liaise with marketing regarding promotions impacting fieldwork. , ? Attend operations meetings to advise on field conditions and schedules. , ? Assist with football field painting and ornamental groundskeeping as needed. Requirements ? Associate's degree and four years of experience in field maintenance/management with a professional, minor league, or reputed company Division I sports team; OR bachelor's degree and two years of experience; OR master's degree with some experience in field maintenance/management. , ? Valid U.S. driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report. , ? Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. , ? Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50 lbs and walking one mile unassisted. reputed company-to-haves ?
