This is a full-time position where you will manage a caseload of workers' compensation reputed company. Assist plaintiffs in obtaining Temporary Total Disability (TTD), Partial Permanent Disability (PPD), and medical treatment. Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to get maximum case value for clients. There is no billable hour requirement. This position offers a competitive salary with bonus opportunities. The firm covers 100% of health insurance costs for the employee and dependents.
