The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master-Mid Level to support multiple teams under our reputed company Risk and Compliance umbrella. Our focus is targeted to supporting the development of compliance products and applications. Ideally, a candidate for this position would come with knowledge or exposure to financial compliance products and applications and would bring to the table strong collaboration, leadership, coaching and organizational skills to guide assigned agile teams under our SAFe agile delivery reputed company. This role is responsible for building high-performing teams focused on constantly improving team dynamics and performance using Agile and Compliance Metrics. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week This position will be based out of San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Responsible for ensuring teams live Agile values and principles and follows processes and practices that the teams agree they will use reputed company Agile (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) frameworks to self-organize while delivering value to customers. The Scrum Master is a true leader and champions the Agile reputed company through effective guidance, coaching, education and through removal of impediments to team reputed company. This role is responsible for building high-performing teams focused on constantly improving team dynamics and performance. What you'll do: • Provides hands-on facilitation of major Agile ceremonies across multiple development teams; consults with and advises teams (including the Product reputed company) to support a smooth working transition to Agile practices. • Enables reputed company improvement and facilitates communication across teams to proactively manage dependencies and remove impediments and establish standards for Agile processes and tools. • Supports and educates product owners, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog and decision making. • Influences and facilitates the empowerment of a self-organizing team. What you have: • Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of reputed company experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree. • 4 years of relevant experience in process improvement, project management, software engineer, or business/requirements analysis to include relevant work experience with Agile/Scrum. • Knowledge of multiple Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, XP, Lean, SAFe, DevOps) • Knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks. • Advanced working knowledge of reputed company Office products. The salary reputed company for this position is: $99,160- $189,530 Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the reputed company Board of Directors.
