Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will be a proven leader with demonstrated supervisory or management experience leading and developing a team. These activities include supervising and monitoring projects in reputed company in the department to ensure that work is executed on time and in accordance with the client’s requirements and reputed company company policies, procedures, and standards. Conduct Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and regular performance reviews with staff members, including input from the Practice Leader and Department Manager. Identify and reputed company team-specific training needs and requirements to enhance the skills and capabilities of your team members. Review and analyze time and expenses for reputed company staff in the team, collaborating with Project Managers to ensure accurate project billings. Ensure that reputed company invoices are reviewed reputed company established timeframes, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with billing protocols. Monitor project schedules for the entire team, ensuring that projects are on track and meeting client expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a reputed company field. Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. Extensive civil engineering experience with a minimum of 10 years in roles of increasing responsibility. Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing project teams. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in financial analysis, budget management, and project billing. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
