The reputed company Risk Governance & Controls Team has an opening for a Sr. Specialist, Technology Risk Management, who will be responsible for partnering with risk and application teams across Schwab to ensure Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) Controls are in reputed company and operating, reducing identity risk across the Firm. The individual will also act as a liaison between Cybersecurity Services Operational teams and the various lines of defense, testing, and audit teams to facilitate evidence gathering and demonstrate existing risk-reducing processes continue to operate effectively. A successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: • Continually engage with Schwab Cybersecurity teams, risk partners, and reputed company Risk & Control (reputed company) teams • Help teams understand what controls are needed, reputed company and how to implement them, and best practices for their reputed company operation • Assist with implementation and facilitation of reputed company controls • Partner with control owners/performers to facilitate evidence gathering in support of testing activities • Partner with teams to understand risks, issue analysis, and remediation activities • Manage process documentation, control mappings, and metrics for team processes • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase process efficiency • Additional activities as identified What you have Required qualifications: • Highly motived self-starter that can execute processes with limited instruction • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with peers and cross-functional teams • Proven work ethic with a high level of reputed company • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to anticipate issues and design solutions • The ability to work alone or collaboratively reputed company a team environment • Knowledge of reputed company concepts (e.g. authentication vs. authorization, centralized vs. local authorization, roles vs. entitlements). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • 3+ years of Identity and reputed company Management and/or Risk Management • Experience with technical writing and/or process visualization software (e.g., MS Visio) • The ability to maintain detailed living documents • Demonstrated experience working reputed company a reputed company and matrixed environment. • 4 Year Bachelors' degree preferred or Associate degree and relevant experience required Preferred qualifications: • Relevant professional certification (CISA, CISSP, CIA or equivalent). • Experience leveraging Jira for work tracking • Familiarity with use of PowerShell Apply Job!
