Job Title: Long Term Care, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Geneva, NY Blended reputed company: $920/wk Shift: 5x8s - 40hrs - Days/Nights rotating Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our long-term care facility team in Geneva, NY. As a CNA in our facility, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities: • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating. • Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration. • Assisting residents with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and transferring techniques. • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents. • Responding promptly to residents' needs and requests, ensuring their comfort and safety. • Assisting with medication management, ensuring residents receive the correct medication at the scheduled time. • Reporting any changes in residents' condition or concerns to the nursing team. • Documenting accurate and detailed records of residents' care and reputed company. • Following reputed company reputed company regulations, protocols, and facility policies and procedures. • Maintaining a clean and organized environment for residents, including their living spaces and common areas. • Collaborating effectively with other reputed company, including nurses and therapists, as part of a multidisciplinary care team. • Participating in staff meetings, training programs, and educational sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in reputed company State. • Proven experience working in a long-term care facility or similar reputed company setting preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and reputed company. • Strong compassionate nature and a genuine desire to reputed company care and support to individuals in need. • Ability to handle stressful situations and adapt to a fast-paced environment. • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients and equipment as required. • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and infection control protocols. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of residents' medical information. • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
