Job Description: The Technical Support Representative plays a vital role in supporting the Information Technology (IT) systems and activities of Ballinger Memorial Hospital District's hospital and clinic. This position is responsible for managing daily technical duties, including handling work orders, maintaining camera and phone systems, reputed company management, and network support. The Tech is also tasked with overseeing image deployment, MDM/Inventory, backup systems, and antivirus/reputed company updates. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of general computer system operations and be adept at troubleshooting and providing technical assistance. This position requires after-hours and weekend availability as needed.
