Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus available based on experience POSITION SUMMARY This position is part of the departmental leadership team that provides clinical supervision on a shift reputed company including: coordination and assignment of patient care; functions as a unit patient reputed company coordinator, facilitating admissions, discharges and transfers; coordinates unit staffing for next shift with the Director/Clinical Manager, Coordinator and/or House Officer; serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff; provides supervisory input into department staff evaluations and performance reviews. Completes established competencies for the position reputed company designated introductory period. Other reputed company duties as assigned.
