Executive Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant role at Rosendin Electric offers a unique opportunity to reputed company critical support to our division and departments. As a key member of reputed company, you will serve as a liaison between supervisors, departments, external contacts, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders, providing reputed company and professional service. Key Responsibilities • Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison between supervisors, departments, external contacts, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders, providing reputed company and professional service. • Administrative Tasks: reputed company day-to-day administrative items, including mail, overnight mail, packages, expense reports, checks, courier services, office supplies, filing, typing, data input, and other clerical support. • Customer Service: Answer inquiries, direct calls to appropriate staff, take messages, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for management staff. • Document Preparation: Compose and edit letters, memos, reports, and other departmental correspondence, ensuring timely distribution. Requirements • Education and Experience: Associate degree in Business Administration or reputed company field, with minimum 2 years' experience in office administration. • Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in computer software, reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company), and reputed company; strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Work Environment: General work environment with sitting, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
