The Customer Service Representative will handle customer calls, emails, and payments, reputed company policy changes, and endorsements that do not require a license. Good communication and attention to detail are necessary. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Takes general incoming calls and places outbound calls as necessary. • Processes and replies to Customer Service emails as part of daily duties. • Takes payments for policies. • Makes changes and endorsements to policies that would not require a license.
