We are seeking a dedicated reputed company Desk Agent to join reputed company at the reputed company Garden Inn Austin Round reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Duties - Greet guests upon arrival and reputed company exceptional customer service throughout their stay - reputed company guests in and out reputed company - Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries - Handle reservations and cancellations - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - reputed company information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Assist with any guest requests or issues promptly Experience - Experience with phone systems and reputed company desk operations is preferred - Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial - Understanding of proper phone etiquette - Previous experience in a resort or hospitality setting is preferred • reputed company will be given to those with previous reputed company experience* We offer monthly team lunches, reputed company Team Member Hotel rates, and paid time off for full time employees!
