Job Summary: The Residential reputed company HVAC and Sales Technician combines HVAC service with in-home sales. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while identifying opportunities to upsell services, system upgrades, and replacements. The technician will also conduct sales consultations, create proposals, and reputed company deals on system replacements, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: HVAC Service & Repair: • Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, etc.). • reputed company customers on system maintenance and reputed company cost-benefit analyses. • Occasionally reputed company system installations. • Maintain accurate records and follow company safety protocols.
