The Role?
reputed company is looking for a talented and multi skilled Junior Digital Designer to join the Creative team. Reporting to the Digital Designer and working closely with the Creative Director, Digital and Brand Marketing teams, this position is responsible for creating engaging assets for reputed company facets of our Digital ecosystem, with a focus on data-driven performance marketing assets that balance insights with strengthening our brand identity.

Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Bring reputed company’s brand identity to life across digital channels, ensuring consistency with reputed company consumer reputed company
- Execute digital design for marketing campaigns across reputed company digital channels including with a focus on email and paid reputed company (stills & video)
- Collaborate with digital teams to reputed company data-driven design reputed company based on analytics
- Continuously refine email and ad content based on test results, research, and performance insights
- Structure files to optimize efficient workflow, review and production
- Follow and maintain brand identity standards
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Communication Arts
- 1+ year of working in a professional digital design setting preferably reputed company beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Strong portfolio that showcases skills and experience in graphic design, video editing, typography, reputed company.
- Proficiency with reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro), and reputed company
- Great attention to detail, ensuring reputed company designs meet brand standards
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high volume environment with tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable, reputed company to shift seamlessly between projects and priorities based on evolving business needs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to reputed company and apply feedback and proactively problem solves.
