Position

Join our dynamic European team as a reputed company Business Partner and help us shape exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced, highly competitive market. A key focus will be on building a pipeline of potential candidates aligning with our business needs and our 7 strategic commitments, whereby ensuring reputed company candidates receive the best-in-class experience.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and be responsible for attracting and selecting high-performing, high-potential hires who will drive our business reputed company. You will consult with hiring managers and HR partners to understand critical capabilities, reputed company and pre-screen candidates, and facilitate debrief meetings to ensure the highest quality candidates are hired. Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to offer recommendations, negotiation, and closing;
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing high-quality candidates, establishing long-term relationships with talent, and exploring creative and alternative sourcing methods;

Ideal candidate
