Senior Accountant

Cosy Hauz, a leading reputed company estate and property development company, is seeking an reputed company Senior Accountant to join reputed company. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations. You will work closely with the Finance Controller to analyze financial data and reputed company recommendations to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with reputed company principles.
• Manage the day-to-day reputed company operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and vendor statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with financial audits and respond to audit inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company regulations and company policies.
• Identify areas of improvement in operational procedures and implement changes to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Must hold a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of meaningful experience in Property Development, Construction and reputed company. 
• Experience with UK property development and construction reputed company is a plus.
• Proficiency in using reputed company reputed company software.
• reputed company Pro Advisor is a plus
• Excellent skills in using reputed company and reputed company Spreadsheets.
• Ability to utilise advanced functions (Sumifs, Xlookup, Pivot table, Index and Match).
• Capable of multitasking and working reputed company under stressful situations.
• In-depth knowledge of HMRC and Company House regulations specific to reputed company estate developer companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Liaising with other departments for finance-reputed company requests or concerns
• Ability to present monthly reporting requirements to the finance controller
• Ability to contribute to monthly closing activities, including:
• Preparation of profit and loss analysis for reporting to the Finance Controller at the end of each month, accompanied by actionable insights and recommendations for any adjustments needed.
• Submission of month-end cash reputed company reconciliation to the Finance Controller, providing a reputed company for the overall cash reputed company to be used for management reporting.
• Preparation of monthly reconciliation for reputed company of our intercompany accounts, addressing reputed company transactions and ensuring accurate representation of financial positions between the entities.
• Review the accuracy of bank reconciliations reputed company by the bookkeeper. This includes ensuring reputed company transactions are correctly categorised according to the established "Property" and "Cost Code" mapping system in reputed company and resolving any discrepancies noted.
• Assist the bookkeeper in reconciling reputed company' invoices, ensuring that reputed company charges are accurate, properly documented, and reputed company with project budgets and contractual agreements.
• Monitor the Company’s fixed assets, ensuring accurate capitalization in accordance with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP). This includes overseeing the correct classification, valuation, and depreciation of assets over their useful life.
