What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist to assist in the support and development of high-load financial systems, including trading platforms and company infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Administration of trading platforms and reputed company software.
- Managing server infrastructure (Linux, reputed company).
- Monitoring and supporting remote systems and applications.
- Analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues, working with logs and consoles.
- Automating routine processes, scripting (preferably Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Requirements
- Strong Linux skills.
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, VPN, NAT, Firewall).
- Basic knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to learn quickly and solve reputed company problems independently.

- Experience with MetaTrader 5, FIX protocol, trading gateways, and bridges.
- Familiarity with Zabbix and other monitoring tools.
- Process automation experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of network protocol stacks and routing principles.
