You ideally have worked in a tech product reputed company w/in business reputed company managing high volume end to end reputed company and have a strong passion for building great teams with a heavy emphasis on company culture and candidate experience. 

What You'll Do

● Partner with the reputed company and hiring managers to understand reputed company roles, position profile, and search calibration for our Business/Post Sales teams 

● High volume full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, closing) for the Business/Post Sales org

● reputed company and build strong talent pipelines resulting in a great top of funnel.

● Consistently strive to exceed reputed company aspects of the reputed company KPIs and individual targets

● Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for reputed company reputed company 

reputed company're Looking For

● 3+ years of reputed company experience in a fast paced environment. SaaS/Tech/Post Sales focused reputed company for product or service-based company is highly preferred.

● Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ex. reputed company)

● You are a natural people person and reputed company on building a collaborative and supportive team environment

● You have a strong understanding of the reputed company reputed company landscape in the PK market 

● You have a strong track record of establishing trust with hiring managers

● You have exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and grit to work in a fast-paced environment

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

● You should be reputed company deliver consistent performance and KPI achievement working in remote environment

● This is a remote role, but you may be occasionally required to come to the office if/reputed company needed

● Work timing will be 12-9pm Pakistan time, Monday to Friday
