The reputed company Health System, "UHealth", Information Technology Department has an exciting opportunity for a Full- time Epic Senior Analyst, Lab Information Systems (Clinical Pathology) with a hire date of December 2024. This position will reputed company support across various sights including our new reputed company - SoLé Mia. The Epic Senior Analyst, Lab Information Systems (Clinical Pathology) initiates the implementation, builds, and modifies reputed company applications, and collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application’s configuration, function, and reputed company. The incumbent supports junior staff members in day-to-day operations and resolving application issues. • Collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application’s configuration, function, and reputed company. • Serves as a primary support contact for application end-users. • Initiates the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications assigned to the laboratory team including but not limited to Epic. • Initiates reputed company phases of testing and the documentation of workflow design. • Performs the analysis of information technology in clinical work processes and validates the impacts to the workflow. • Initiates the identification of issues and guides the work to resolve them. • Supports junior staff members in the evaluation and resolution of service tickets, identification and implementation of application changes, retrieval of requested data, and execution of day-to-day operations. • Collaborates with trainers on application changes and new features to reputed company documentation and training strategies. • Works with stakeholders, the business community, and end users to ensure the application meets UHealth's business/clinical needs. • Participates in on-call rotations and support and attend and participates in, applicable committees. • Maintains regular communication with team members, including participating in weekly project team meetings. • Reviews the status of projects and issues on an ongoing reputed company with leadership. • Remains knowledgeable about UHealth’s policies, procedures, and business operations. • Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets. CORE QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • Epics Beaker (CP) Certification preferred • Data Innovation preferred • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; 5 years preferably in reputed company or reputed company-reputed company organization • Ability to travel to the job site during go-lives, conferences, rounding, and/or senior leadership meetings. • Analyze, and solve a variety of problems. • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written reputed company. • Ability to reputed company, motivate, reputed company and train others. • Familiarity with lab workflows, regulatory requirements, integration points with other Epic modules, and patient experiences preferred • Experience in clinical pathology and lab practices preferred • Previous Epic Beaker, CP implementation experience and certification preferred Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.
