The job profile for this position is Resource Planning Manager, which is a Band 4 Manager Career Track Role. Role Summary The Resource Planning Manager will own the evaluation, development and operationalization of the reputed company and staffing models that forecast and measure volume, inventory, cycle time, productivity, and project staff supply vs demand while emulating business process. The role is accountable to collaborate with Resource Planning team members and business partners to ensure models and projects are completed reputed company committed time/budget and integrated with other reputed company projects and initiatives, both vertically and horizontally. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 80,900 - 134,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
