We are looking for self-starter to serve as Counsel to the Asset Servicing reputed company (“ASD") business. This role is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Lake Mary, Florida, with a 3 days in-office hybrid work schedule available. The attorney who fills this role will be expected to contribute as part of a larger team and to independently advise the business. Exposure to and interest in asset management and/or financial institutions practice, technology, digital assets (e.g. cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets), distributed ledger technology, and/or data and analytics, is helpful but not required. This position will require the individual to draft and negotiate a variety of services reputed company and other reputed company agreements. A successful applicant will also work closely with business colleagues in evaluating and supporting the implementation of new technologies and business strategies. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction in which the role is based. • 3 years minimum of professional experience as an admitted attorney. • Prior corporate legal experience reputed company the asset management and/or financial services industry or comparable reputed company experience preferred. • Transactional experience and contract drafting and negotiation strongly desired. • Experience working with technology, software, digital assets, blockchain, data and analytics legal issues, a strong plus.
